My employer (a university) recently went to MS 365 Outlook for its email. I use Thunderbird, and Exquilla is a great tool to get them to work with each other--except for one thing. When I am composing an email, if I type in a recipient's email, it draws on the Exchange contact list in new address books that are found in Thunderbird and inserts an address that is close to the one I typed, along with the one I typed. They just mysteriously show up, side by side with the one I typed. So if Itype "Stephanie Jones" then "Stephen Bird" might show up next to it.
This glitch has caused me to send a few emails inadvertently when I haven't caught the insertion. So far no major embarrassment, but I'm scared to death and just about ready to stop using Exquilla.
I thought, ah, I'll just delete those new address books. But the delete key is grayed out and I can't delete them.
Any ideas? Thanks.

I'm not sure that I understand the behavior that you are describing. Could you do a screen shot of what you are seeing?
You can enable/disable whether address books in ExQuilla are used for auto complete at Tools/Options/Composition/Addressing but the choices are rather coarse.
