It's difficult to give you an exact plan since I do not know the source
of your issue. But try these things:
1) Delete the file in the profile panacea.dat (This is the file that
contains cached folder metadata, and can sometimes get out of sync with
the main file information).
2) If 1) fails, delete it again, but also delete at the same time the
files associated with the ExQuilla inbox: in the ExQuilla folder in the
profile, there will be a subdirectory containing the account
information. Under that, locate Inbox.msf and delete it.
If neither of those work, then your next choice is going to be to delete
the entire ExQuilla account, restart Thunderbird, and add the account back.
