Would it be possible to add action to Add Sender to specific list/addressbook? This is a feature I was so get used under Entourage (Mac Outlook) but have not found in any other email client.
You can with it easily automate creating of personal email list by requiring people to send message with specific Subject like Add me into list ABCD.
I found here that only TB 3 beta 1 added custom filters so have to wait till TB 3 mature and all add-ons I use do as well and hope somebody will add this feature.

I want this feature too. This is a huge addition to the power of the filters. I used this feature in theBat! email client and it was hard to let go. But theBat! is so buggy, I couldn't stand it any more!
Can I beta test for you or help in any way? I really would love to have this feature.

It only takes a few requests like this to get my attention. I will probably not be able to do any updates to FiltaQuilla until after Thunderbird 3.1 beta 2 goes into string freeze, but I will look seriously at this feature and see if I can add it then (which is in a few weeks).
Thanks for you interest and encouragement. Also for the record, the "gaping holes in functionality" in filters is currently by design. I'm really the only guy who works on the Thunderbird core filter code, and for the foreseeable future, new search and filter functionality will be mostly added in FiltaQuilla, and only if really popular moved to core.
