Enigmail - Drcyption before filters??

Hi, I'm running Enigmail on Thunderbird With FiltaQuilla Extension,
Enigmail decrypts emails received however it decrypts received messages after the
filters are run meaning filters have no effect, does anyone know of A way to
get filtaQuilla to run after decryption.

Do normal filters work with Enigmail (that is, filters that do not rely on FiltaQuilla)?
