"Print" option prints the oldest mail of the inbox-folder

Hello,

at first I thought, that FiltaQuilla is the absolutely right tool to match my wishes. I wanted to create a filter, that automatically prints all the emails from a special sender.

After installation of the add-on 1.1.0 in TB 3.1.6 the first time the tool worked correct. Laugh

But with the next test the tool printed not the incoming new mail, but the oldest mail inside of the inbox-folder. And now it only does so. ConfusedFrownFrown

The rule of this filter doesn't contain any other order than "print".

After deinstalling and reinstalling of FiltaQuilla, deleting and rewriting of the rule the tool is directly making the mistake. Surprised

Can anyone help me?

Are you moving the message as well? Print does not interact well with move.

Once I also tried to move the mail after printing into another folder. And I also thought, that the failure comes from moving the mail.

But now I (and also a colleague of mine) tested the add-on only with the order to print the mail.

My colleague tested it with a fresh installed FiltaQuilla in TB 3.1.6 and an absolute new filter, that only wants to print the new mail.

Now only the failure happens.

Our conditions:

- Windows XP, TB 3.1.6, FiltaQuilla 1.1.0

- The filter rule:

if a mail comes from a specific sender -> print. Nothing else!

(we also tried to move the mail into a "printed" folder and mark it als read. But only the "print"-order also doesn't work!)

Another failure: If two ore more mails match the condition, when TB is receiving new mails, only once a mail is printed (also the oldest one inside of the inbox-folder).

OK I was able to duplicate your issue. The problem stems from the setting Tools/Options/Security/Anti-Virus/"Allow anti-virus clients to quarantine individual incoming messages".  If this option is set, then I get the problem that you describe. The workaround is to clear this option.
