Save Attachment doesnt work on Linux

The filters "save attachment to" and "detach attachment to" don't work for me. I'm using Fedora 14 Linux (Gnome). Both the filters are configured, buth there is no file saved. I tried this with different directories. Filesystem permission are fine.

The Error Output is:

uncaught exception:[Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIMsgMessageService.streamMessage]"  nsresult: "0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)"  location: "JS frame :: file:///usr/lib64/thunderbird-3.1/modules/gloda/mimemsg.js :: MsgHdrToMimeMessage :: line 215"  data: no]

Looks like no attachment is recorgnized. So, is this a known problem related to Linux?

All the other filters are working fine.

Thanks a lot for any help.

I am not familiar with this error with save attachments and detach attachments – though both of these filter functions have not been completely reliable over all configurations. In particular, don't try combining them with a move.

Maybe the next time I redo this addon, I'll try to investigate this issue some.
