Default PC beep colliding with ToneQuilla

I've noticed, when I switch to the default in Options menu of the Thunderbird and use some filter with wav music 10 seconds long, it is being cutted down by the software beep of my PC to 1 second or less.

What to do?

There's an issue in the existing code, which I noted in the notes, that sometimes the sound seems to spontaneously stop on its own. I now have a theory about that that I want to test (that the ISound component has no reference, and is being removed in garbage collection). If that is the cause, then I can solve that problem.

But your symptom seems to be that other sounds are overriding the ToneQuilla alert. I doubt if there is anything that I can do to prevent that, if ToneQuilla is not the source of those other sounds. Within ToneQuilla, I allow 4 seconds between consecutive sounds, so if multiple filters fire than sounds will be allowed 4 seconds to play until the next sound interrupts. I just received noticed for three different types of emails, and I heard all three sounds playing consecutively as I expected.
