I am trying to install ToneQuilla.
Thunderbird 3.01 tells me to Restart but after restaring, ToneQuilla is nowhere to be found.
Any idea how I can solve this?

ToneQuilla has a fairly low profile. You should see it appearing in the list of installed AddOns, and when editing filters under "perform these actions" you should see a new filter action "Play Sound". Do you see this?

I discovered the issue.
I momentarily paused Kaspersky Internet Security's protection and it installed just fine.
Thanks for the Add-On.
It makes it the migration from Pegasus Mail much less painful.
